You bet I will say more. Kelly, you are not a stupid man, but you have fallen asleep at the switch. As a 3 star general, ask yourself: Would you enable an incompetent commander of a battalion, regiment, or company to remain in command? Wouldn't you relieve an officer, who RREPEATEDLY screwed up and cost the lives of his men and botched missions? Why are you still enabling Trump, who is mentally ill, stupid, incompetent, craven, and narcissistic to remain in command? You may think that you are serving your country by protecting the country from that maniac, but you are actually enabling him to keep making the same disasterous decisions and behaviors day after day.

Do the honorable thing and resign.

P.S. In law, silence implies consent. So as long as you say and do nothing about Traitor Trump, you sir are complicit in his behaviors and decisions.
