"Holy Chaos, Batman!"

It's a shame that General Kelly had to go before the cameras to talk about his son that he lost.

It would not have had to happen except for one person. The same person that became defensive when questioned about the 4 dead soldiers in Niger. Then, as always, he finds someone to blame or he lies. It happens all the time. We should not have to put up with this horseshit.

We are chasing the ball down the soccer field like 5 year olds

What is the mission in Niger?

Why was the intelligence so flawed?

Why wasn't there air cover (helicopters) for a group of 40 soldiers traveling by unarmored vehicles to remote villages?

Why were they even traveling to these locations?

Why did 4 American Green Berets die?

Why was Johnson found 2 days after the action? Was he captured first?

Why is the administration not even talking about this?

Does this have anything to do with uranium mining and Russians oligarchs interests in Niger?

That was around the same time that he was talking about "the calm before the storm".

Does the Commander in Chief have the authority to send troops to another country without the approval of Congress? Is that what the War Powers Act is all about?? If so, they should change the law.

Something similar happened in Yemen early in his Administration. They walked into an ambush. They were encircled. They were very lucky to escape without massive casualties.

Rachel said that "distraction" has been replaced by "diversion" last night on her show. The two words that apply to both in my opinion are Bull Shit.

and isn't accurate to what this is.

Bull shit in this instance would be a made-up set of lies to cover up what the mission was/is, why the intelligence was so wrong, etc.

What we have here is a controversy about an extreme narcissistic personality with NO empathy for others trying to play at being "President" (which he can only do with a script, and then very poorly). When they tell him "call the dead soldiers wife" and don't provide a script... this is what we get. But it is a diversion from why this soldier (and three others) died in Niger.
