I just finished listening to the complete speech, and my thanks to rogue emissary, who posted about it:

I noticed the omission of Kelly's name right away.
Rep. Wilson acknowledged members of Congress and various officials including Comey, and the mayor.
But no mention of Kelly, who was there representing the military.
My best guess is that he was offended by that.
And after the acknowledgments, she went on to proudly explain her role, and the role of others -- whom she thanked -- in passing the bill that named the new FBI building (not the bill to fund it, which had passed much earlier) in record time.
She had every reason to be proud of that.
But if Kelly was already feeling slighted, he was probably even more upset with her then.
That still doesn't excuse his being so petty.
And it certainly doesn't excuse his lying about what she said, completely misrepresenting it, to attack her.
But it does point to one likely factor in his animus toward her.
Whatever his reasons, I still feel that he's unfit to serve this country in any capacity, after his disgraceful performance yesterday.

Ever notice that sacred and scared are almost the same word?
