He's useless as Chief of Staff and is either unable or unwilling to control Trump's worst impulses, or for that matter, his own worst impulses.

He's just one more Trump Dignity Wraith, and whatever respectability he may have once had were thrown completely out the window the moment he decided to throw in with the horrible excuse for a human being that is Donald J. Trump.
