(5,810 posts)MSNBC must have cots stashed in a darkened room so they can catch a few winks on the fly. I do appreciate their tenacity and willingness to dig and keep digging to get a story. I am waiting (but NOT patiently) for the Russia thing to be fully explained so we know who all the players are and who is going to spend time in prison. Id pay good money to see that. And the books...oh, my the books well have when this thing is finished! 😳

AM Joy is a quick turnaround.
We really appreciate all your sleep deprived work!

(5,810 posts)I am sure some of them barely have time to leave, get home, eat and grab a few winks before it is time to go to work again! But with the way news has been breaking since tRump took office, who wants to miss out on some of these stories? We are witnessing history and the journalists are writing about it. Must be an exciting time to be a journalist. Terrifying, too!

(51,590 posts)I have only recently started to watch Ali and Stephanie and am very impressed with them. Chuck Todd needs to go though.

(4,079 posts)But I watch all of them on youtube, or sometimes listen on sat radio (channel 118).
I recently discovered how much I like Ari Melber. He's an attorney, so he really digs in on some of the legal stuff. I've loved Rachel for years. Her show was probably the hardest to give up when we cut, but as I said, I still see almost every show on youtube. She must have an incredible staff to start each show with some of the historical information she uses.
Here's to 'em.

(37,648 posts)If you have a Roku, check out Channelpear. MSNBC is on it. Let me know if you need to know how to get it.
Also, PlutoTV (a FREE live tv of sorts experience - it's awesome) has an NBC channel, on which it shows Morning Joe, Hardball, Rachel, and O'Donell's shows AFTER they've aired on MSNBC - but still on same day usually).

(34,451 posts)how Rep. Wilson "shouldn't have called reporters" to complain about Trump's comment. She was READY. She said Rep. Wilson did NOT initiate calls; the White House made reporters aware and they were at the site to which the limousine was traveling. Those reporters ASKED what the President had said.

(8,419 posts)The first couple of weeks they struggled with timing, since then they have been on fire. Very difficult job to co host, but now the know when to turn it over to the other and when to let the other go for the kill. Some of their interviews are pure gold. They don't embarrass the interviewee, they slice them up and rip out the persons soul. (actually the prove the person has no soul)

(151 posts)Shes one of their best interviewers. She doesnt let
guests spew nonsense like Chuck Todd.

(37,648 posts)there's no getting around him when a guest tries to spew fake numbers. He's a financial guy...numbers are his thing. And he knows 'em.
