And yet, there is someone who is eager to work for President Trump.

Curious, but it’s a Democrat. And even curiouser, it’s a fellow member of the presidents club. And curiousest, it’s someone whom Trump has disparaged on Twitter as one of the worst presidents in history.

Miracles can happen. No one knows that better than Jimmy Carter, who defied all odds 40 years ago to leap from his peanut farm to the White House and defied all odds again two years ago to beat brain cancer.

9. I agree. There is no one at that level (past President) who has more connections

There are advantages that he is NOT a member of the administartion, but is there with the administration's blessings. This is just as it was when Bill Clinton was sent in 2009/2010.

The author doesn't seem to care how many people die, so long as it's bad for Trump. Thankfully Carter is not so petty and reckless.

and we all know that flattery gets 45's attention.

If it works it's worth the effort by Carter.
