3. The "smoke screen" on privatizing the VA

is called the Veterans Choice Program. I entered the program because the wait at our local VA facility was months. It's only funded through February....some say money will run out before the end of this year.

I have no doubt that this "administration" will put this on the chopping block. And there was a post yesterday that they're going after Tricare.

4. I don't really understand it, either.

I'm thinking the veterans still supporting Trump have some overriding social issue stuff going on that they're on board with Trump on. I was friends with a guy on Facebook from my childhood. He was a sweet, intelligent kid back in the day. He grew up and went into the military and for some reason came out of there a raging alt-right type. His Facebook feed was nothing but memes about guns, Trump sycophancy, and racism. I just sat here for a few minutes trying to remember if he ever shared anything else, but I couldn't remember anything. He didn't even type his own thoughts on the issues most of the time, but the memes made it clear to me where he stood.
