It controls the White House and both houses of Congress. It is succeeding in passing many things legislatively, and definitely fucking us over longterm with all of the right wing nut job federal judges they are sending to benches.

...get the Supreme Court, stop progressive ideas there, because its going to take at least a decade before they can sort out the mess they got into...and then some more time to recover.

With insane gerrymandering looking like its going to get struck down, the prospect of Texas turning purple...then blue, etc. They need to come up with some new ideas, because, trickle down is becoming a joke and after the Iraq war, the appetite globalist adventures is going to be gone for awhile.

If it does, 20 years out I can see three political parties...much like Canada.

CA, WA, OR, NY and New England will become much deeper blue as a result.
