But apparently, reporters are paid nicely to overlook just about everything except what President Trump wants them to cover. I was half-watching the NBC News last night, and Lester Holt introduced the segment on Trump with a photo and caption that said, "Victory Lap." I wondered what victory Trump had won - not getting impeached for the ninth month in a row?

the little people running around inside his head. They tell him things:

"You're so-o-o smart. You went to an Ivy League school--such a nice student. You are really, really rich and powerful."

Important things like that to keep his spirits up. So when Xi makes a power grab, Trump can refer to 'some people' to assure him that he and Xi are equals, Kings/Presidents of really big Nations. Friends, too. Because Trump has the best relationships, the best of everything.

He's getting worse, more incoherent. We'll be into baby talk soon.
