That is wrong. They were aware and they ignored or giggled. Culturally, that is all of our issue.

He has Vascular Parkonism which is caused be a series of small strokes. It's not a stretch to believe the strokes affected other parts of his brain. I'm not a physician but I am confident one would confirm my observation.

SS knew. Mama Bush knows. None of them have told him to knock it off, not funny. And they allow the women to be in a position of groping. They could have easily addressed. No harm, no foul. It simply was not a big deal to any of them, and placed the blame on the woman that had ass grabbed.

Yes they are responsible. I do not know HW's cognitive and if impaired. I do know it happened enough for them to claim he uses the same joke and positions himself in the same manner to do it. But, it was unnecessary.

having done many of those cases, it would be hard in court. The victims would have to go after their employer, who maybe was liable, to those who reported it, but the statute has probably expired anyway.

of UNWANTED MALE TOUCHING, GRABBING, ASSAULTING, AND RAPING.

Bush is a MAN; he is not some other-worldly creature untainted by good and bad urges.

That’s what the euphemistically named “Memory Unit” is for. My 93-year-old mother randomly undresses herself and that’s where she is.

The Secret Service that's with him in public at all times should protect him from himselfand if it cannot be managed, he should not appear in public or get within 10 feet of anybody's ass. Question – if he starts jerking off in public is that OK too because old?

14. If he is being treated for Parkinson's

his medication may be causing inappropriate sexual behavior.

Hypersexuality (HS) was one of the earliest examples of an impulse control disorder (ICD) or behavior to be associated with treatment for Parkinson's disease (PD), with an estimated prevalence of approximately 3.5%.
http://www.movementdisorders.org/MDS/Journals/Clinical-Practice-E-Journal-Overview/Clinical-Practice---Volume-2-Issue-2/Hypersexuality-Parkinsons-Disease-Systematic-Review.htm

No solace to the woman he groped, and his caregivers should know not to allow him to be in a situation where he can do such things. I've seen a Parkinson's patient literally chase a nurse around the examining room. If he is being treated for Parkinson's, this behavior is not under his conscious control.

that along with some pretty horrific spontaneous verbal tics are not uncommon manifestations as diseases progresses.

If that is the case, I think the family should acknowledge that (however, I sort of think this may have been a problem much earlier, given Barbara's response.

If his family says he is suffering from dementia I will consider that to be a valid defense, but up to the two women to decide if it is forgivable. I think the spokesperson apologized because it's been going on a long, long time.

I also think that neither woman would have come forward if she believed he had dementia. I trust their judgment.

Yet even were he not in control, his handlers bring him to public events directly implying either he can control himself, or they can for him.
