IF There Are Sealed Indictments Against Drumpf...

Would there be a benefit to Mueller keeping them sealed, rather than starting with Drumpf right off the bat?

Conventional wisdom says it's either someone minor, or at a mid-level, but not necessarily Drumpf, a family member, or a high member of the administration.

At this point they will deliver the indictments to whoever is named, whether it is Trump or someone else.

or try to flip someone. But keeping indictments sealed a long time is discouraged. I think Mueller will play it by the book. He won't hold on to sealed indictments longer than absolutely necessary.
