to be on record how they are against trump so when they run for president in 2020 they can shake the stink of trump off??

I think everyone knew "something was coming down" but both those guys expressed their displeasure "publicly" earlier on than most of the rest of the GOP garbage in the Senate.

(1,002 posts)In addition to Corker and Flake distancing themselves from the Trump rot, Sen. Grassley & Sen. Feinstein parted ways on the Senate Judiciary Committee's Russia investigation last week. I think Grassley and Feinstein knew what was coming and I think Grassley publicly accommodated the Reich wing by pivoting to the fake Hillary + Uranium deal distraction to "investigate." That's when Feinstein said, "Well you do your thing and I'll continue to investigate the real deal."
