Google gets grilled over its burger emoji

Google gets grilled over its burger emoji and company’s big cheese weighs in on meaty matter.

>"A debate over the proper stacking order of the meat, lettuce, cheese and tomato on the hamburger emoji has reached the highest levels of Google, as CEO Sundar Pichai promised to drop everything on Monday and address the meaty matter.

Author Thomas Baekdal got the internet all fired up over the weekend when he tweeted a side-by-side comparison of the Apple and Google burger emojis, saying that a discussion was needed about where the cheese should go.

Apple’s is (correctly) placed on top of the meat, while Google’s is beneath the patty."<

>"Microsoft's leadership in this space is conveniently ignored. Apple/Google will change to meat, cheese, tomato, lettuce and get credit "<

I believe it went, mayo and cheese on the bottom, lettuce onion and tomato on top. Melting the cheese on the burger messed up the grill. The hot burger on top of the cheese melted it to perfection. I really think you taste the cheese better that way too. Try it next time you make burgers.

Meat on the bottom bun, everything else on top. I may have to buy a Windows Phone to correct this injustice.
