I've seen lots of posts here about how Trump is violating the ban on emollients in the Constitution.
While younger, healthier skin probably wasn't a big deal when the Constitution was written, we've since learned that moisturizing after weather and sun exposure can go a long way toward preventing premature aging and skin disease.
Here's what the National Eczema Society says:

Emollients are non-cosmetic moisturisers which come in the form of creams, ointments, lotions and gels. Emollients help skin to feel more comfortable and less itchy. They keep the skin moist and flexible, helping to prevent cracks.
If the president wants to use emollients, then I just don't understand the problem.
