A couple without children:

$90K - A $1,432.50 savings
$50K - A $232.50 savings

Cost: Cuts in Medicare/Medicaid and running a $150B/yr additional deficit (probably more).

The less you make the more you get taxed. It has always been like that but it is going to become pretty much unbearable.
