Robert Mueller knows exactly what he's doing. The timings of his actions aren't dictated by anything other than the meticulous investigations he is conducting.

It does make for fun fantasizing, though. My own thought was that new indictments would be announced as Air Force One left U.S. airspace. Trump would flip out while he's on this big trip with all of the international coverage.
