Mrs. Moore's lawsuit threat is just a bluff.

There is NO WAY Moore put himself in a situation where he has to answer, UNDER OATH, whether he messed around with underage girls.

I don't believe that you can claim defamation vicariously. You have to be personally defamed. She wasn't.

to lie about this under oath. He has said more than once that he answers to god, not man. And although it is skull-numbingly obvious that the charges are true, there really isn't an objective test for the truth here. He may feel that he can lie with impunity, even from man's law.
