Men: Be aware of your behavior in the workplace.

The woman you make uncomfortable through sexual innuendo or actions may very well be your boss soon. Times have changed, in case you haven't noticed it. Of course, it has always been a good idea to keep your lascivious side to yourself, but it's even more important today.

such exertion of their power on others-- extorting sexual favors-- is "ok" to begin with. Granted there are all kinds of societal influences on behavior, but have we really so "empowered" our boys to think they can do whatever the hell they want to to women, including those subordinate to them in the workplace?

As I look at these Alabama women defending Moore as some kind of "religious" role model, I guess I know the answer to that. Uggh.

He wasn't sexually harassing her, but he was saying stupid things that got on her nerves.
This has suddenly stopped.
