Does anybody else find the juries really hard to take part in. Seems like

there is never enough information to make a proper decision. I bail out almost as much as I stay. I know I am a 3D person who relies on other cues rather than text, and context, but really.

and I have second-guessed myself due to a lack of context a few times but I'm generally confident in the decisions I make. I have only bailed once or twice in about 25 to 30 trips to the jury.

Lack of input from the complainant and lack of feedback creates difficulties for me.

On balance, I was more comfortable with the old system.

I want to know more too, or more choices. I don’t bail often but I’m not as happy with my choices, and I wish I knew the results.

And I can't help looking for the results, I want to know how it turned out and if I made the right decision.

Pretty much what I do, too!

And I totally agree that some alerts are likely a personal beef!

Sure, some bad posts will sneak through, but better that than hiding what turn out to be OK posts and screwing the poster with hides.

And, as has been noted, too many alerts are for personal reasons.

But sometime I wonder about posts I 'alert' on.

One was an obvious slur against Jews and I alerted on 'no bias or prejudice'
yet the post stayed.
