With all this talk about Mardi Gras in NO spreading the virus...

don't forget that Mobile was doing the exact same thing at the exact same time. I believe our numbers are so low ONLY because of the lack of test kits.

NOW. It hurts and is deadly that we have to wait till Nov to be able to do ANYTHING to fix this...and even then, there are no guarantees.

I think the only reason we started tesing earlier in New Orleans (and Louisiana in general) is because we have a Democratic governor.
