1 Dead in NJ Turnpike Pileup Involving At Least 20 Vehicles: State Police

At least one person has died in a multiple-vehicle pileup on the New Jersey Turnpike involving a fully loaded bus, a number of tractor-trailers and other trucks, and at least 15 other vehicles, according to state police.
The accident happened at around 9:15 p.m. on the soutbound side of the highway near exit 8, just south of the Molly Pitcher service area in Cranbury, a spokesman for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority said.
At least four tractor-trailer trucks, two box trucks and a fully loaded bus were involved in the crash, in addition to 15 other vehicles, according to New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeff Quinn.
