Obama: US would 'walk away' if no good Iran nuclear deal

Source: AP-Excite

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama says the United States would "walk away" from nuclear talks with Iran if there's no acceptable deal.

Obama says any agreement must allow Western powers to verify that Tehran isn't going to obtain an atomic weapon, and that even if Iran "cheated," the U.S. and others would have "enough time to take action."

The president tells CBS' "Sunday Morning" that "if we don't have that kind of deal, then we're not going to take it."

low grade nuclear materials was proven to be used to create power plants and not weapons. This makes me wonder if this is a struggle being waged by the energy industry. The energy industry has even made it clear that solar power is threatening to them.

I myself think that alternative energy like Germany is the way to go… Maybe that should be a talking point that could give everyone some relief.
