(26,261 posts)Just about the worst defeat, ever, for a proposal in Michigan. Some counties defeated it by 90%!

(23,339 posts)... If he ran, his votes would probably come from his political twin, Scott Walker.
So I'm guessing some PTB leaned on him. If the Repubs take the Oval Office, Snyder will land a nice job in the administration.

(34,381 posts)Prop 1 did him in, ha. I can't believe they re-elected that sorry excuse for a "leader." He's caved to the baggers on every single issue except Medicaid expansion. He only bucked them then because he knew that he would NEVER be re-elected if he refused to do it. I think I despise Snyder more than any other politician today (and there's a LOT of them to despise) because he's such a phoney and a goddamn LIAR who is turning my once lovely state into the Third world.

(15,536 posts)maybe he has to go lick his wounds. He must realize that even his own state wouldn't vote for him after that. I heard on the local news that it was the worst proposal defeat in 50 years.
"Concerned about solving the problems of Michigan" my Aunt Tillie. He's only concerned about lining the pockets of his buddies.
