SILVER SPRING, Md. (AP) Police are investigating the death of a man whom officers had shocked with a stun gun two days earlier.
Montgomery County Police say 40-year-old Dajuan Graham of Burtonsville died Tuesday at a local hospital, where he had been taken Sunday after police encountered him in Silver Spring.
. . .
Detectives say two officers saw Graham standing in the road after a woman reported that Graham had punched her.
Authorities say Graham refused officers' demands to take his hands out of his pockets. One officer deployed his Taser, police say, and Graham dropped to the ground.
