Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) to announce 2016 presidential decision June 1

Source: Washington Post

Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.), who in recent months has moved closer to running for president, said Monday that he will announce if he will make a White House bid on June 1 from South Carolina.

"I will make an announcement on June 1st. You're all invited to come -- spend money when you do -- and I will tell you what I’m going to do about running for president," Graham said on CBS "This Morning."

Although Graham initially declined to say if he is running when asked by the CBS hosts, he nonetheless indicated he is pursuing the GOP nomination – potentially declaring his candidacy ahead of schedule.

"I'm running because of what you see on television. I'm running because I think the world is falling apart. I've been more right than wrong on foreign policy," Graham said. "It's not the fault of others, their lack of this or that that makes me want to run. It’s my ability in my own mind to be a good commander in chief and to make Washington work. “ "It's not the fault of others, their lack of this or that that makes me want to run. It’s my ability in my own mind to be a good commander in chief and to make Washington work. “

I've been more right than wrong on foreign policy," Graham said. Sure thing Lindsey that
whole Iraq thing has worked out just swell. Like the great Iraqi Army we trained and equiped who
tossed their weapons and ran when ISIS came into view.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., says of 2016 presidential race: 'I'm running because the world is falling apart'; will officially announce June 1

says the Twitter and picked up by Breaking News.

I so hope he picks Alabama's own Jeff Sessions as his running mate....

( If you have not seen Sessions, or heard him, do the Google)

With him saying if he found out an American was planning to join ISIL, his response would be to send a drone to murder them, rather than police to arrest them.

Silly. He's not in it to win. Not remotely serious. Nor even to make money.

Graham is a member of the Republican Elite. The Republican Elite Chosen One is Jeb Bush. Miss Lindsey* is in it to help Mr. Bush.

The South Carolina primary looks very bad for Bush but good for TEA publican types: Cruz, Walker, etc. It's on the early side of the primary season. Iowa is also bad for Jeb.

Graham will at least muddle SC for the TEApublicans, and perhaps win it. a decisive win by an outsider would crush Bush. Miss Lindsey will prevent an early demise of Jeb and make it a longer haul, where Jeb's superior money raising machine will take over.

Ah, all you amateurs. You think we live in something that resembles a Democracy. Both parties have their candidates chosen for them.

It would seem to me that Graham is just as delusional as all the rest. It's so pathetic that the American public will have to endure this long drawn out fiasco.

Lindsey (mind if i call you Lindsey, senator?) is the best self-caricature the GOP has offered up since Newt. and he's mainstream enough to take support away from Jeb and Rubio. he's a perfect addition to their ever-growing clown posse.
