Boehner coup talk puts House GOP on edge

Source: The Hill

Growing chatter about a possible coup against Speaker John Boehner has set Capitol Hill on edge.

Talk that conservatives might use a government-funding showdown to overthrow the powerful Ohio Republican has triggered a flurry of behind-the-scenes jockeying among lawmakers eager to move up the leadership ladder.

And that has lawmakers wondering more than ever if Boehner’s days as Speaker are numbered.

“That’s what tells you there’s something afoot. You know there’s some drops of blood in the water, because all the sharks are starting to circle,” said one conservative lawmaker who backs Boehner's ouster.

how the puppeteers that pull the business strings via lobbyists haven't openly threatened to pull ALL funding for these asshole's campaigns if they opt for another government shutdown. Remember how the Conservative US CHamber came out last time and basically said "STOP IT" to these ass clowns?

...his replacement could be a fucking tea-bagger goon that could be TEN TIMES WORSE!

The only reason they want to replace him is because he isn't trying hard enough to turn our government into a subservient committee of the corporate sponsored oligarchy!

Please, for Dog's sake, guys, don't take this lightly!

Yet to know the way that is often used to increase power is through confusion and acrimony and this might not bode well for the most of us. This UNLESS it really gets so far out of hand that that puke corporatist lose control of the situation also.
