(26,549 posts)The DLCC did as horrifically bad as the DCCC and DSCC in both 2010 and 2014.

(94,553 posts)FWIW - DLCC is tasked with electing State Legislative candidates and has nothing to do with the Presidential race?

(19,326 posts)Since when does one need to nail something down ahead of time with "data" before one can wonder?
DWS is a notoriously divisive and ineffectual figure, who is abusing her power to promote
an Establishment Democrat, so I will continue to wonder, thank you very much.

(39,215 posts)DLCC founded in 1992 fit into the leadership in relationship to DCCC? DSCC? and DNC? Who do they answer to? Are they the state wing of the DLC that managed to loose the shebang in 2004?
I am guessing that they have either felt the distrust of the people in a couple of ways - lack of donations or letters.
And maybe the biggest question of all - is Michael Sargeant the same Michael Sargeant that was a head researcher for the Heritage Foundation?

(94,553 posts)They raise their funds largely from State Legislative campaign committees and institutional donors (primarily Unions). They do almost no personal fundraising, because quite honestly, the average contributor doesn't pay much attention to these races.
Sorry to ruin your stereotyping.

Where do people come up with such uninformed ideas about the DLCC? And why do they have such dirty minds?

(26,549 posts)and watched every part of the DNC be slathered in mud, money from the super-wealthy, and massively ineffective leadership that can't manage to win on issues where 70% of the public is with us.
That explains uninformed posts and prurient, suggestive posts. Thanks. That makes SO much sense!
