Yes, Really: McCarthy Tells His Critics To 'Stop Playing Politics' With Benghazi
Source: talkingpointsmemo.com
House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) addressed his recent comments about the Benghazi committee again on Wednesday, urging people to "stop playing politics."
McCarthy last week touted the House Select Committee on Benghazi's success in hurting Hillary Clinton, prompting outcries from Democrats that the committee was formed for political reasons.
"Lets be very clear: Benghazi is not political," McCarthy said when asked about his comments at a press conference with House leadership, according to National Journal.

The impeachment of Clinton was political, as was the Whitewater investigation that led to it.
The Southern strategy was political, and still is.

I am really rooting for this guy, as should we all. He's got all the qualities we Democrats want a Republican Speaker to have: no damned sense and never at peace with his own rabid herd.
But he's in danger of losing the position of Speaker to someone smarter and better qualified. Please, tell your gerrymandered Republican Congressperson to support Kevin McCarthy today!
Edit: Dammit. I should have kept my mouth shut.
