He said he supports her because she is the best-positioned to continue the successes of Obama and describes her as a “doer,” a tireless worker for families and a supporter of commonsense gun laws.

Foxx specifically touted her proposal to spend $275 billion on fixing roads and bridges, public transit, freight rail, airports, broadband Internet and water systems.
“She has put plans in place that you can go see,” he said. “A candidate’s anger is not a plan.”
Three weeks before voting begins in the 2016 presidential race, Waterloo retiree Roger Murray said he has already made up his mind to back Clinton, though he has “nothing against” her chief rival Bernie Sanders. “She’s been there, done it,” he said. “She knows what she’s doing.”
