Gov. Jerry Brown urges fiscal restraint in State of State speech

Source: San Jose Mercury News

SACRAMENTO -- Four decades after delivering his first State of the State address, Gov. Jerry Brown on Thursday touted his administration's investment in health care for low-income Californians while also warning that the revenue needed to pay for that expansion and other key state programs remains at risk.

I support Brown's call for a new 6 cent tax on gas; however, a new $65 annual fee for CA drivers is totally unacceptable.....He should raise taxes on the wealthy instead, IMO.
