4 die in Eastern Idaho plane crash

Four people are dead after a small plane crashed Sunday in rural Bonneville County.
The Bonneville County Sheriffs Office reports that deputies responded to the scene at 1:39 p.m. near China Beach on the Palisades Reservoir, about one mile north of the Alpine, Wyo., Airport.
The victims were reported as two adult males and two adult females, a Sheriffs Office news release said. ... The accident occurred many hours prior to the call for assistance, the release said. The aircraft was completely burned.
The Sheriffs Office did not release the victims names pending notification of next of kin. ... No further information was released Sunday.

Again? There was a plane crash at this location in January. I know it says January 4, 2015, but they forgot that it was 2016.

Officials have identified the victims of a plane crash near the Idaho/Wyoming border as 61-year-old Reade Genzlinger of Pennsylvania and 17-year-old Mackenzie Ruston of North Carolina. Both victims were part-time residents of Alpine, Wyoming.
Investigators said the two were flying along with two other planes that had taken off from Alpine, Wyoming. The cause of the crash is still unknown. ORIGINAL POST: January 5, 2015 9 a.m.
Investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board are expected to join the probe into an eastern Idaho plane crash. ... According to the Bonneville County Sheriff's Office, reports of a downed plane near the Palisades Reservoir on the Idaho/Wyoming border came in around 4:24 p.m. on Jan. 4.
Initial reports from the scene stated two occupants, both deceased, were pulled from the crash. Rescuers said the plane had not landed in the water.
