Christie: I am not being used as Trump's 'Sidekick'
Source: nj com
LINDEN Gov. Chris Christie insisted to reporters on Tuesday that he had not become a liability to GOP front-runner Donald Trump, but then cautioned that he will not function as the mogul's "sidekick" either.
Appearing at newly expanded facility for the recipe-kit home delivery service Hello Fresh on Tuesday, the governor downplayed the furor over his decision to campaign for Trump instead of attending a state trooper's funeral, and then sought to clarify his treatment by Trump on the campaign trail.
The governor dismissed reporters' questions about a recent photograph of Christie left standing in the rain next to Trump while the mogul stood placidly by, protected by an umbrella, as much ado about nothing.
"I was offered an umbrella, and I chose not to use it," said Christie, explaining why he was unprotected from the elements at a campaign stop in Columbus, Ohio earlier this week. "I was not 'left outside' an umbrella."

Chris Here :
Let me make this perfectly blunt-,
Ask me no questions and I will tell you no lies. I have no intentions of becoming Donald Trump's road dog. But if I do, I will not, I repeat, I will not be strapped up on top of one of Donald's campaign vehicles in a dogie travel container. I am here to work and even if I'm not here ,I always carry my phone with me. In the words of my x friend G.W. Bush , you would be surprised at how much work gets done over the phone. And I will confess , I am a phony .

He's still a fathead and no amount of dieting will change that.
