Florida Rep dismisses Trump assault allegations: ‘He who has not sinned cast the first stone’

Source: Raw Story

Florida Congressman Ted Yoho seems to think these that all of these sexual assault allegations against his party’s nominee, Donald Trump are nothing more than a sideshow and we should be talking about real issues..

In a Friday interview with Wolf Blitzer, Yoho was outright dismissive of Trump’s accusers. Blitzer played the footage of Kristin Anderson telling her Trump story.

“This is the vivid part for me,” she said in the interview. “So the person on my right, who unbeknownst to me at that time, was Donald Trump, put their hand up my skirt. He did touch my vagina through my underwear. Absolutely. And as I pushed the hand away, and I got up, and I turned around, and I see these eyebrows, very distinct eyebrows of Donald Trump. And I got up and I moved and I continued to talk with my friends.”

Blitzer asked Yoho, “do you believe her?”

I happened to witness this snippet live; Jake Tapper and Rudy Giuliani on State of the Union:

Giuliani said that he who hasn’t sinned should cast the first stone, which is when Tapper said this:

I will gladly tell you, Mr. Mayor: I have never said that. I have never done that. I’m happy to throw a stone. I don’t know any man — I have been in locker rooms, I’ve been a member of a fraternity; I have never heard any man ever brag about being able to maul women because they get away with it. Never.

When Giuliani said, “Men talk like that,” Tapper shot back instantly, “You’ve talked like that?”

I have been pissed at his defenders since the Mexicans=rapists thing. It just keeps building and building. I am at the point where, if a co-worker brings up anything related to tRump, I leave the room. The defenders disgust me so much now that I want to punch them. And it is going to get even worse, I'm sure.

When I was still living there everyone in Gainesville hated that asshole. He was advocating spending less on Public Universities while representing the University of Florida. Ridiculous. The only good news is that thanks to 2016 redistricting he's district is not as red as it was before. It went from R+12 to R+9 but still likely to win reelection. Gainesville/Alachua Country is an oasis of blue surrounded by a sea of red.

That is the $64,000 question that every republican stooge should be forced to answer before any of them say one other word about the great and powerful Trump. Ask them that question. Their answer will reveal who they are as a person.

If you had a chance to see Dr. Ben Carson squirm on Morning Joe - then you know exactly how revealing his "answer" really was.

" Interestingly, Agenda 21 activist Victoria Baer is a big supporter of Florida Tea Partier Ted Yoho, a man who unseat Republican Representative Cliff Stearns in a major upset during a primary race yesterday. Along with supporting the Agenda 21 conspiracy, Yoho also believes we should abolish the Department of Energy — the agency tasked with protecting our nuclear waste and nuclear weapons arsenal.

This is where the mainstream Republican party is headed.

So what are the origins of this bizarre shift in policy? And why have Agenda 21 activists gained such prominence within mainstream politics?

To explore the issue, I spoke with Mark Potok of the Southern Poverty Law Center. Potok has been tracking the rise of the Agenda 21 movement, which is rooted in the John Birch Society — a radical right-wing group that opposed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 because they said it infringed on states’ rights. But Potok says that the issue is much broader than one single conspiracy and one single group.

Stephen Lacey: Many folks within the Agenda 21 movement have come from or are loosely aligned with the John Birch Society. So give us some background, what is the John Birch Society, how did it get formed, and what does it represent today?

Mark Potok: Well, it’s no surprise that it’s the John Birch Society that seems to be the primary pusher of the Agenda 21 conspiracy theory. I say that because they are most infamous, really, for two things. "

This is not about forgiving a fellow church parishioner. This is about electing the LEADER OF THE FREE WORLD.

If you're a Christian... it is okay to forgive the man his transgressions... but you have a duty as an American Congressman to understand that he is not fit to govern. These are two separate judgments.

So okay..."go and sin no more"... but go nowhere near the Oval Office. Yoho is either incapable or unwilling to hold two thoughts in his mind at the same time, or is willing to hide behind his "Christianity" to mask the corruption of his own soul.
Jesus wept.

the Republicans nominated a flatulent clown as their candidate.

Hillary Clinton has policy positions and considered discussions throughout her web page and her speeches. Trump tweets idiocies. There can be no discussion with a tweeter. By definition, the form is too restrictive for substantive reflection. And how do can intelligent, considered people respond to "nyah nyahs," insults, and crude innuendo?

Fortunately, this election is all over but for the counting. Maybe next term there'll be a worthy opponent and we can have a considered discussion of issues. This time through it was a waste of energy.

I cannot believe how far we have gone from that. When he said that, all I could think of was So What? That is between him and his God, not even his wife if he never acted upon it. Forget the rest of the country.

Jimmy Carter is a good man, husband, and father. Donald Trump is his exact opposite. Major difference.
