Election Fraud Complaint Filed As More People Voted Than Total Voters In 4 Wisconsin Precincts

By Jason Easley on Sat, Nov 26th, 2016 at 1:19 pm

An election fraud complaint has been filed with the Wisconsin Elections Commission after it was uncovered that more people voted in the presidential race than the total number of votes in 4 precincts in Wisconsin.

The Democratic Coalition Against Trump announced the complaint in a statement, “The Democratic Coalition Against Trump filed an Election Fraud complaint with the Wisconsin Elections Commission on Saturday afternoon regarding four separate precincts located within Outagamie County, WI. According to local reports, there were four precincts in Hortonville, Cicero, Bear Creek, and Grand Chute, where it was reported that more people had voted in the presidential race, than had voted overall. The discrepancy, which was attributed by local officials to human error, added over 1,000 votes to Donald Trump which were then taken away when the official election results were posted. The Democratic Coalition Against Trump filed the Election Fraud complaint to urge the Wisconsin Elections Commission to look into these precincts to investigate this vote padding as intentional fraud, as opposed to a clerical error.”

It appears that there may have been some classic examples of vote padding happening in Wisconsin. When a reliably blue state in recent presidential elections suddenly shifts to red by the smallest of margins, it should raise some concerns. The state has removed nearly 5,000 votes from Trump’s lead over due to human error.

“When you have not one, but four separate precincts reporting that more people voted for president than voted overall, that should not be treated as a clerical error, but rather as a coordinated attempt to commit widespread election fraud,” said Scott Dworkin, Senior Advisor to the Coalition. “The Wisconsin Elections Commission should not look into just these precincts, but into every other precinct in the state where there was a discrepancy,” Dworkin added. .............................

his brother died of alcoholism. Even the most critical books about him say he doesn't drink. I don't believe he's ever used alcohol, even in moderation. I think the things you point to are valid personality traits he possesses, but I imagine it's a mental/emotional issue rather than drinking.

Bannon is another matter. He appears to be quite a drinker.

of that machine? Many one or two?

I think the machines in some of those counties could have been altered. The machines should be confiscated and inspected by experts.

that would cause it to self-destruct after the election -- so it wouldn't be traceable.

That's why we need to use machines with a paper trail.

That is why the most sophisticated forensic Defense Department cyber warriors need to be enlisted here. They know how to search forensically for clues that will indicate the presence of such a code having been there before self-deleting.

If it's an impartial expert with cyber-defense experience, DARPA/DIA/NSA style expertise in tracing attacks that do not wish to be traced, I think any tampering and/or fraudulent programming will be detected. If not, then probably not. It has to be done on a federal level, too. It is rather optimistic to think Scott Walker and his cronies will aid his state to show that Hillary won it rather than Trump.

April 2011:

WASHINGTON -- In a dramatic turn of events on Thursday, the Waukesha County (Wisconsin) clerk announced that the vote total announced for Tuesday's Wisconsin Supreme Court race had been mistaken - and that the corrected numbers changed the outcome of the entire election.

There were 3,456 missing votes for Democratic-backed challenger Kathleen Kloppenburg, and 11,059 for incumbent GOP-backed Justice David Prosser. Kloppenburg has previously been beating Prosser by just 200 votes of the roughly 1.5 million cast statewide. The new total puts Prosser on a significant path to victory, about 7,500 votes ahead of Kloppenburg.

Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus ...insisted that there was no foul play in the results and blamed the mess on her own "human error." ...Questions were immediately raised about the new announcement. Prior to the election, Nickolaus "was heavily criticized for her decision to keep the county results on an antiquated personal computer, rather than upgrade to a new data system being utilized statewide."

So, she kept the election results on her personal computer, did she? Whew! I feared it was going to be her emails.

Republican clerk Nickolaus is a passionate proponent of Voter ID laws and, before being county clerk, Kathy Nickolaus was a staffer for - David Prosser.

And this was not a first for her.

Or maybe they could just put one of the Trump statues in there, instead, with a Mexican Trump piñata.
