Stray Bullet Hits Board In Brooklyn Classroom Full Of Students

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A bullet ended up inside a classroom after several shots were fired near a Brooklyn school.
Authorities said shots rang out on Glenwood Road in Canarsie shortly after 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
A bullet went through a classroom window at the South Shore High School, located at 6565 Flatlands Ave., and became lodged in a board, police said.
Several students and a teacher were in the classroom, but no one was injured.
