Poll: More than half disapprove of Trump's immigration order

More than half of Americans disapprove of President Trump’s executive order temporarily banning visitors from seven Muslim-majority countries, according to a new poll, though Americans are sharply divided along party lines on the issue.

Overall, 51 percent of Americans disapprove of Trump’s immigration executive order and temporary refugee ban, and 45 percent approve, according to a CBS poll released on Friday.

Heard this today on NPR, my way home, that the executive order banning people from those 7 countries was because he thought those governments would not be co-operative to screen. But yet the aggressive attracts were people from Egypt and Saudi Arabia which the ban does not cover.
