Neiman Marcus Has Dropped Ivanka Trump Jewelry

Source: Racked

Following the news that Nordstrom is dropping the Ivanka Trump line amidst poor sales due to an aggressive boycott, Neiman Marcus is next.

Jewelry from the Ivanka Trump line has disappeared from the luxury department store’s website. A sales associate at the Garden State Plaza location confirms the jewelry has been pulled from its store, though it is as yet unconfirmed that the jewelry is missing from all stores. The Neiman Marcus employee did not say when the Ivanka Trump jewelry was pulled.

Shannon Coulter, one of the women behind the #GrabYourWallet boycott, tipped Racked off to Nordstrom dropping the Ivanka Trump line yesterday and noticed the jewelry was missing from Neiman’s site earlier this morning.

According to Coulter, there were 21 products for sale earlier this week, including a $12,000 diamond bracelet; now there are none. Additionally, when you search for Ivanka Trump on the site, no results are served. The Ivanka Trump line is also missing from the list of designers on Neiman Marcus’s master list.

I keep thinking back to when we had Rush Limbaugh on the ropes...and like all liberals we let them off the ground. We must realize

we have to keep the pressure up. The stakes are too high. HE IS NOT OUR PRESIDENT...WHEN HE WINS WE LOOSE

Her shameless hawking of her jewelry line (and her clothing line, too, for that matter), directly and recklessly exploiting her dad's new "job", just pissed me off - "bigly".

I remember IMMEDIATELY after the RNC convention last summer, there were photos online of her, taken from the side, as she stood at the podium giving her "introducing my father" speech. Full-length photos, so you could see everything from her hairstyle to her high-heeled sandals. And the caption, for her website, said "Shop Ivanka's Look from the Republican Convention!" I suppose you could buy everything from her sleeveless sheath to her accessories by just clicking the convenient link.

What still burns me up, too, is the "60 Minutes" interview where she was seated in front of the family cluster, with Donald and Melania. At one point, I noticed, she suddenly shifted position slightly. She moved one arm from the elbow, across her chest, elbow still on her lap, so her hand was up by the opposite shoulder. What was thereby CLEARLY visible and quite obvious, at that moment, was the gold bangle bracelet that you could now clearly see on that up-angled forearm. Yep, almost immediately, a closeup of that shot went up on her website, hawking that bracelet, "did you notice the elegant bracelet Ivanka was wearing on "60 Minutes"? It can be yours for $10,000! And again, click on the convenient link and add it to your cart! Free shipping probably not included, although I don't know for sure, because I never bothered to click on the link. I don't like to reward or reinforce bad behavior.

All these trumpies want to do is make money off this President thing. ALL they're thinking about is their damn "brand." GOOD GRIEF it's like the Kardashians were transplanted into the White House - "let's see - how can we make more money off this?"

WHAT A DISGRACE! CLASSLESS and UNDIGNIFIED and DISGRACEFUL!

body is not the normal body type. So I doubt that those clothes fit the customer very well.

they should be thwarted from profiting from the presidency as much as possible.

i think with his conflicts of interests so blatant, trump should be given an ultimatum to either stick with the business or serve the country as president. i think he'd quit the white house. but as long as he's allowed to get away with it, why should he.

the whole thing makes me really, truly sick.

But I think it's overpriced. Heavy use of tiny diamonds that really aren't worth all that much, maybe $200 to $300 per carat weight wholesale. 18K gold which is good, but I'm not seeing $14K here:

For 3/4 that price would one could be wearing a substantially weightier piece from Chopord, Graff or Tiffany...

I will also write Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdales and Macys that I have other department stores to shop at. I don't plan to shop at Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdales and Macys until they dump Trump as well.

Thanks to all my fellow Dems who made this happen. When we stand together, we can get results.

But there is no time to rest. Keep the resistance growing!!!!
