Pence Says It Would Be His 'Honor' To Lead Trump's Voter Fraud Commission

Source: Talking Points Memo

By ESME CRIBB Published FEBRUARY 6, 2017, 11:09 AM EDT

Vice President Mike Pence said in an interview Monday that it would be his "honor" to lead a commission that President Donald Trump announced he will set up to investigate voter fraud.

"The President and I talked about a week ago, and he announced in that interview here on Fox with Bill O'Reilly that he's going to set up a commission," Pence Link to tweet
" target="_blank">told Fox News. "At the very center of our democracy is the integrity of the vote, the one person, one vote principle, and it'll be my honor to lead that commission on behalf of the President and to look into that and give the American people the facts."

Trump was originally scheduled to sign an executive order in late January opening a Justice Department investigation into his unfounded claims that massive voter fraud cost him the popular vote in the 2016 election.

Trump still has not signed the order, and an unnamed senior official in Trump's administration told CNN that the probe was no longer "a top priority" for the President.

Because you're right, if Trump orders it, then I'm sure he also said (or yelled) "And don't come back with anything but a report that clearly backs up my totally true claim!"

So there will be a fake report showing millions of illegal voters. I just wonder how they will do this. Or if they will eventually obfuscate the whole thing by burying it under more concerning actions (like declaring war with Iran)

than someone who owes his office to the results of a very close and questionable election, and may very well run again.

hey donnie, we know you claimed that the president can't have a conflict of interest but can the vice-president have one?

Election fraud:

* James Comey & the internal FBI cabal

* Putin's interference with Assange's collaboration

* Penetration and hacking of vote counting and tallying computers

* Black-box voting machines

* Lack of human verifiable paper ballots (optically readable)

* Voter suppression

12. Great idea. I already have some suggestions:
Mon Feb 6, 2017, 12:45 PM
Feb 2017

- a national automatic voter-registration
- a national program to supply eligible voters with a voter-ID free of charge
- national streamlining what kinds of ID are acceptable and what kinds of IDs must be accepted by all election-offices in the US
- the case-handler entering and deleting registered voters right here and right now in real-time when the case comes up, not doing it by the tens of thousands many months and years later in one big wash

So good luck with that. And be sure to only find (plant) evidence in Democratic counties.
Don't go anywhere near the real events of 2016, a theft engineered for Republicans by Republicans and Putin.

Republicans sold their souls to the devil to keep abortion rights away from women forever, and immigrants out of the country

Period.

Include how the vote is counted (I don't trust those machines, need a paper ballot counted by hand), polling places (too few in Dem areas, too many in Rep areas), voter id laws, if those are going to get enacted which looks like the case, make sure the process to get an id is easy for everyone and free etc... I really think little or nothing will be found around voter fraud, but these other areas are ripe for review. Would be cool if Obama volunteered his services to work with Pence on it. Two old sayings come to mind, it is not important who the people vote for, it is important who counts the votes..and secondly keep your friends close and keep your enemies closer (I hate to say enemy about a major US political party but that is just how the saying goes.. maybe change that to adversaries?).
