Sean Spicer: 'Sad' That Judge Who Blocked Trump Travel Ban Went 'Rogue'

White House press secretary Sean Spicer said Monday that a federal judge went "rogue" by blocking President Donald Trump's executive order on immigration.
"I think you have one judge," Spicer told Fox News' Brian Kilmeade. "The law is very clear that the President has broad powers to keep this country safe and limit access to people that could come in to this country and do us harm."
He argued that Trump's order was a "very legal, constitutional" use of his power to ensure national security.
"And it's somewhat sad to see a judge go rogue like this," Spicer said. "It's a shame that we're not focused more on making sure that we are applauding the decision by the President to make a renewed focus on keeping this country safe."

is it possible for more than one person to be rogue together or is that an oxymoron?

translated for French version = "Rouge" Squadron
Came back to English for Empire Strikes Back = "Rogue" Squadron
Oops. by Return of the Jedi, it was Red Squadron again.
I have no idea how accurate that theory is ...

(115,691 posts)temporarily by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, who evidently did not think the order was legal or constitutional. Are they "rogue" too? Or is it just that any judge who disagrees with Trump is "rogue"? Trump is clearly trying to delegitimize the judiciary branch. A normal person who lost a court case would say they disagreed with the court and would appeal, acknowledging the underlying legitimacy of the process. Not Trump. If they don't agree with him, they're illegitimate and don't need to be obeyed.
The 9th Circuit is now addressing the merits of the case, having refused to lift the stay. That court is probably the most liberal of the Circuit Courts. I don't think they will rule in Trump's favor, so they'll be "rogue" too. http://www.cnn.com/2017/02/06/politics/9th-circuit-court-of-appeals-trump-travel-ban/

But if you do call him Sean Sphincter, be sure you spell it correctly, otherwise people might think you work for trump.
