President Donald Trump tweeted a take-down of North Korea Friday, saying that the country is behaving "very badly" and blaming China for not helping enough.

The tweet comes at a tense time for the region. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is currently in South Korea and has made several statement about the country's northern neighbor. He initially said that North Korea has nothing to fear from the U.S.. Then, on Friday, he said that he would not rule out military action against the country.

N. Korea they could easily tap into the varies resources the country has to help it advance while taking a portion for themselves to fund it and the N Korean people would probably be better off for it atleast in comparison to the regime they live under now.
