First female White House chief usher 'no longer employed,' official says

Source: ABC News

Angella Reid, the first female chief usher to work at the White House, is "no longer employed by the White House," an administration official has told ABC News.

“We are very grateful for her service and wish her the very best," the official said.

The chief usher oversees the White House building and grounds, managing staff members like florists and butlers, and working on other events and administrative tasks.

Reid was first hired by President Barack Obama’s White House in 2011, citing her 25 years of hotel management experience and former position as general manager of The Ritz-Carlton in Pentagon City.

They were getting rid of all Obama's people eventually.

Hope she lands a great high-paying gig after being employed in the White House. She should. Good luck to her!

Is there no place to low for them to go? The answer is no. It's like Beelzebub himself is running this administration. In everything from the travesty of a health care bill to firing the WH manger/groundskeeper, their real aim seems to be to get rid of everyone who isn't white or well off, one way or another, either by firing or slow eradication. I honestly think they're trying to reshape the human race through their policies.

In his businesses, which are private entities not subject to affirmative action policies, Trump did not establish an impressive record for diversity in the executive suite. He has spoken often about providing employment to minority workers, but in 2015 The New Yorker quoted a former Trump casino worker who said that in the 1980s black employees were hidden from view when Trump and his wife Ivana were around.

No black or Hispanic executive has ever played a prominent public role in the Trump business organization. However the foundation run by Eric Trump includes one African American vice president, Lynn Patton, who is described on the foundation website as “senior assistant” to Donald Trump’s three older adult children.

(although I couldn't stomach having to kowtow to that lying fraud)

there must be some financial or fundie-pandering angle for this.

I never thought I'd see such insulting, horrible, criminal behavior in the White House in my life - and I survived the Nixon years.

And it's on a daily basis.
