California Refuses To Cooperate With Trump Voter Fraud Probe
Source: HuffPo
The California secretary of state is refusing to comply with a request from President Donald Trumps voter fraud commission to provide personal information about the states registered voters.
Secretary of State Alex Padilla said in a statement Thursday that Trumps voter fraud commissions request of personal voting data on every American voter is a waste of taxpayer money that aims to ratify a false claim that millions voted illegally.
California, which had more than 19.4 million registered voters as of February. is the first state to announce it will not comply with the commissions request. Trumps commission on Wednesday asked all states to provide personal information about registered voters. Trump has claimed, without evidence, that millions voted illegally in last years presidential election.
″I will not provide sensitive voter information to a commission that has already inaccurately passed judgment that millions of Californians voted illegally, Padilla said.

(37,648 posts)The red states have plenty of independents and Dems and Green Party on their rolls. Some sanctuary cities are in red states. Texas has several. (They self-identify sanctuary.)

(51,593 posts)Focus on real issues and stop creating a silly buzz as a distraction. The media falls for it and gives it enough air time for it to gather steam over and over.
When will the MSM learn to just IGNORE and DISMISS him! Duh. That's what you do when a 3 year old acts or says something silly. Don't ever take him seriously. He is a buffoon, liar, and con man as well as a narcissistic sociopath with a spoiled 3 year old maturity level. He should always be treated this way by the media, politicians, and the public.

(8,699 posts)Who is to say this won't be used for other means, like data analytics for the dream that he will actually be around for another campaign (incredibly unlikely unless you can do it from federal prison or from the Russian embassy)
Worse use it to target people in some other, very numerous, ways. Very disconcerting.
