Top House Democrat Nancy Pelosi called on Thursday for the creation of an outside, independent commission to investigate what she said was “cold, hard evidence” that President Donald Trump’s family intended to collude with Russians to influence the election.

“This week we saw cold hard evidence of the Trump campaign, indeed the Trump family, eagerly intending to collude, possibly, with Russia, a hostile foreign power, to influence American elections,” Pelosi said, referring to emails released this week by Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr.

That's about it. Well, also to be able to gloat that they are the ones pulling the strings.

Also they probably hope to get a super majority on the SCOTUS with two or three more appointees, if they can finangle another Trump win. This burns me the most. Because it will affect what laws are allowed and which will be struck down for decades. IF things were on the up and up, and we didn't have a judge stolen from us, and a Presidency stolen after that, it would be the opposite scenario. With at least more moderate conservatives, which the Dem establishment favours.

10. YES, YES, YES!

I have been screaming for this for months. We even had a rally/march calling for one in San Diego 2 months ago. Most, if not all, of the dems have been calling for this. Nagler, Swalwell, etc have said so a zillion times. There has been a bill introduced in the House for months now and of course the GOP won't go for it.

1. Non partisan
2. Similar to 9/11 Commission
3. Thorough and complete.
4. Fully staffed and resourced.
5. Relatively quick and transparent (9/11 Commission finished in 6 months instead of the expected 9).
6. The fake prez and GOP can't de-rail it.
