Carter, 92, was rushed to St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, Canada on Thursday, after he collapsed working on a Habitat for Humanity home due to dehydration.
The Carter Center announced the former president had been discharged from the hospital on Friday.
The president had attended morning devotional service, before attending the last of the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project in Canada, according to the statement.
