Amber Alert is canceled for four missing Omaha children after they are found safe (UPDATE)

Source: Omaha World Herald

By Bob Glissmann

An Amber Alert issued Friday afternoon for four missing children was canceled after the children were found safe, the Nebraska State Patrol said.

Police say the children were taken from a relative's home by their biological parents.

About 9:35 p.m. Thursday, officers went to a house near 37th and F Streets to investigate a report from the children's guardian that the parents, Michael Brummett, 47, and Brenda Brummett, 34, had come to a relative's house and taken the children out of her vehicle.

The children are 13-year-old twins Michael and Mickayla Brummett, 12-year-old Kaleb Brummett and 7-year-old Miley Brummett. The children live near 120th and N Streets.

Clockwise from top left are Miley Brummett, Kaleb Brummett, Mickayla Brummett and Michael Brummett.

I read the title of the thread as "four missing Obama children" and could only think of two. I'm certain that the National Enquirer would have exploited the chance to speculate about the parents of the two children that I didn't recall.
