Border patrol agent arrested for aggravated assault for pointing loaded gun at Boise man’s head

Source: Idaho Statesman

A 32-year-old border patrol agent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is charged with aggravated assault after Ada County prosecutors say he put a Boise man in a headlock and pointed a loaded handgun at his head early Sunday.

Prosecutors say Israel Eureste, who is from Douglas, Arizona, was in the Boise area visiting family members when he got into a confrontation with the victim.

Boise police were called to a home in the 1200 block of South Lincoln Avenue around 3 a.m. Sunday to investigate a report of a fight. The victim told police he got into an argument with Euresete about broken beer bottles in the street. Eureste put him in a headlock, pulled out and pointed the gun at the man’s head and told him he could pull the trigger because he was a federal agent, according to court testimony.

Prosecutors say Eureste then put the gun away before pulling it out and pointing it at the victim a second time before police arrived, according to court records.

Not. Arizona paints it own broad brush. Sorry I do not agree with their racism. You feel free to defend them, I do not. I would seriously like a fence around it.

My brush for Arizona is a wall paper size brush. That finger in the face governor, Mccain, Kyle, that sheriff, please give me a break. The government in that state is awful. I am talking politics, not people. Some good democrats are trapped in all the red states. Sorry if you are one.

Eureste was booked into the Ada County Jail. He also is charged with using a firearm in the commission of felony.

As a felon he is not legally allowed to own firearms.

all the beer bottles he wants, because he's a 'Federal agent'
The sense of entitlement these people have is astonishing.

Now, he's got to know you dont just break bottles in the street.
He'll probably say he was drunk and he's sorry.
They will let him go with a warning, as he is one of
our 'heroes' protecting us from "THOSE" people.
This is Idaho,after all.
