(10,953 posts)The Non-Disclosure Agreement will not remain in effect if the Intern is witness to or asked to be a part of illegal and/or an unconstitutional act (or something to that effect.) Intern initials that amendment and see if the Politicians dare to give the Intern the boot. It would play well on a show like Rachel Maddow. Why does Congress require Interns to sign a non-disclosure agreement that also includes illegal and/or unconstitutional acts?
