A new Public Policy Polling survey finds the Democratic primary race in Illinois’ 3rd Congressional district between Dan Lipinski and Marie Newman to be a dead heat, with:

43% supporting Lipinski,
41% supporting Newman and
15% not sure

The survey was conducted from February 27-28, 2018.

PPP surveyed 648 IL-03 likely Democratic primary voters

The margin of error is +/- 3.9%.
This poll was conducted by automated telephone interviews.
The breakdown of those who participated in the survey are:
o 55% women, 45% men
o 16% Hispanic or Latino, 71% white, 7% African-American, 6% other
o 31% aged 18-45, 46% aged 46-65, 23% older than age 65

I'll do my best! I've donated to Marie and signed up to volunteer on her campaign, though I haven't been asked to help. Will definitely be voting for her, though!

On social and environmental issues, Lieberman was quite reliable
Lipinski is not

6. good news the only group hard to break in the area are the older catholic voters who know no

other name and have been there since his father held the seat . The rest is up for grabs imo and I imagine that is where the undecided fits in
so that may be good for Newman imo
