The House Intelligence Committee’s investigation has been overshadowed by deeply partisan divisions, with Democrats denouncing the Republican-drafted report that concludes there is no evidence of collusion between Donald Trump’s associates and the Kremlin.

The document — whose public release is probably weeks away, pending redactions — also criticizes the U.S. intelligence community’s assessment that Russia sought to help Trump win the presidency.
