When I clicked on the link, one of the adverts was for a house that had sold nearby in Chatham Township--where I grew up--for $2.45 million. So I clicked. Turns out the house was in the neighborhood where I grew up. We lived just inside of the bus service. I usually walked or rode my bike to school. Sometimes my parents would give us a ride to or from school.

My parents had paid $35,000. for our house there in 1954. It was long ago mansionized. Now Zillow says it's worth $1.8 million.
